Achieving success often begins with establishing adequate and reasonable goals. In this seminar style program, Mr. Giancola will give a presentation on what attainable goals are and explain goal setting by using unique life metaphors to see why goals are important for team success. He will then work with your coaching staff and with your team’s leaders to create a template of realistic goals for your team. This presentation can be designed for a season long goal setting initiative or Mr. Giancola can be brought in during the season to establish goals for the remainder of your year.
